This paste has a blend of some of the finest authentic spices from across Asia such as cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon and chilli, these will help give this paste its bold flavours and such vibrant red colour. This jar will give you 8 servings just add 2 tablespoons of paste with 500g meat, seafood or vegetables cook for 6-8 mins in a pan with a little oil. Add 400g chopped tomatoes and reduce for 12 minutes. Add 200ml full-fat yoghurt and simmer for a further 20 mins, finish with chopped coriander and serve with fluffy basmati rice.
