This jar will give you 8 servings just add 2 tablespoons of paste with 500g meat, seafood or vegetables cook for 6-8 mins in a pan with a little oil. Add 400g chopped tomatoes and reduce for 12 minutes. Add 300ml chicken stock and simmer for a further 20 mins, serve with fluffy basmati rice.
