Description
A wonderful blend of tropical herbs and spices giving you a distinctive aromatic and beautiful flavour mimicking those of the Caribbean with undertones of smoked pimento giving you the taste exactly like the flames licking the jerk pan. Just add 2 tablespoons to 1kg of meat or seafood and marinate for at least 24 hours. TIP: add 4 tablespoons to our dark beer BBQ sauce for a jerk BBQ sauce.
