5 years ago 2015, sitting in my car coming home from work I had this thought that the food I was producing for others was not warming my soul like it should although this was at a high fine dining standard this wasn’t my food, the food I love and are so passionate about was completely different, the food that I’m talking about should warm the soul of our customers and fill them with joy after every bite.
